Maybe they are not stupid

So many people complain about how stupid others are, I thought this an interesting and useful article.

How to work with “stupid” people.

My transformation of stupid when others complain has usually been  ”Maybe it is that you are you smart.”  Smart people think about all that Jason suggests.  Works for parents thinking children are stupid, children thinking parents are stupid as well and people in the work world.
