WHAT YOU WILL FIND ON EFT’S  BLOG

This Blog consists of pages and posts.  Pages introduce you to the blog and to some key emotional fitness concepts and tools.   Main pages include:

  1. The Feel Better Now Page  Provides you with some  key emotional fitness exercises.
  2. About Emotional Fitness Training, Inc.   Provides formal information about EFTI
  3. Cranky Old Lady (me)  Introduces EFTI’s founder, CEO, and Jill of All–no wonder she is Cranky.
  4. The Daily Dozen Page walks you through  a daily Emotional Fitness Program.
  5.  Power Leading – Emotional Fitness Training  for parents, teachers, supervisors, bosses, anyone who has to set goals and lead others there.
  6. Shrinks Think  introduces basic information about mental health.   Emotional Fitness Training is about strengthening, not treating.  The programs and information might  therapuetic, but are psycho-educational and self-help.  More might be needed and knowing how mental health professionals think makes you an educated consumer which improves

  3. Laughs  These are usually re-posts.  Laughter keeps you strong.
